Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the DiscoryAuth platform

Last updated: October 18, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or utilizing the DiscoryAuth cloud platform, client SDKs (including C++, C#, Python), and REST APIs located at discoryauth.cc, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all provisions of these terms, you must immediately cease all access and usage of our platform.

2. Cloud Services & Licensing

DiscoryAuth provides software developers with an enterprise-grade cloud authentication engine, hardware profile lock verification (HWID), automated license key generation, remote variable storage, and memory streaming tools.

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to integrate our client SDKs and API endpoints into your legitimate software applications in compliance with these terms.

3. Accounts & Security

When you create an account on DiscoryAuth:

  • You must provide accurate and verifiable email contact information.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your master credentials, application secrets, and seller API keys.
  • We strongly mandate enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and device security verification to safeguard your application assets.
  • You must notify DiscoryAuth Security immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access or breach.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the DiscoryAuth platform or APIs to:

  • Distribute malware, ransomware, botnets, trojans, or unauthorized rootkits.
  • Conduct DDoS, brute-force, or denial-of-service attacks against third-party networks or DiscoryAuth cloud infrastructure.
  • Circumvent or tamper with DiscoryAuth rate-limiting algorithms, cryptographic tokens, or server maintenance filters.
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate DiscoryAuth staff or affiliated developers.

5. Plans & Subscriptions

DiscoryAuth provides both free developer tiers and premium high-throughput subscriptions. Premium plans grant higher concurrent connection ceilings, extended customer memory streaming, and priority support. Service fees are non-refundable once an application secret or license batch has been utilized, except where mandated by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All DiscoryAuth trademarks, system architectures, custom edge protocols, and visual dashboard interfaces are the exclusive property of DiscoryAuth LLC. You retain all ownership rights and proprietary copyrights to the software binaries you protect using our platform.

7. Service Availability & Disclaimer

DiscoryAuth strives to maintain a 99.99% cloud uptime across our global MongoDB Atlas and edge server cluster. However, the service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. DiscoryAuth shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from network interruptions or third-party DNS outages.

8. Termination & Suspension

DiscoryAuth reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate developer accounts found in material violation of our Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice. Terminated accounts forfeit all active application secrets and access tokens.
